Shipping Rates (Metro Manila & all other provinces)
- Standard Shipping: ₱150
- Free Shipping: FREE for purchases worth ₱1000 and over (applicable only for online cart transactions)
- We ship orders nationwide (Philippines) in partnership with J&T Express and LBC.
Orders are generally received within 3-5 business days* after date of fulfilment.

- Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of shipments experienced by our courier partner.
- We are not yet offering international shipping.
CHANGE OF MIND / CHANGE OF SIZE / FAULTY ITEM / WRONG ITEM
- Items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of delivery.
- Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.
- Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if the items are unworn, unwashed, and in good condition (except for Faulty items.)
- The shipping cost for items to be returned to us will be shouldered by the buyer (except for Faulty/Wrong items.) Return shipping to the buyer will be shouldered by us.
- Exchange item value allowed would only be of same value or less than the original item.
- In any event that your exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you and ask if you'd like another item of the same price or less. Or you will be refunded for the purchase price of that item.
HOW TO RETURN
- Please EMAIL us immediately at email@example.com with the following details:
- Use email subject: "RETURNS" or "EXCHANGE"
- Name of purchaser
- Contact number
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Date of Purchase
- Order Number (if available only, found in email)
- Photo of proof (for faulty / wrong item received)
- Include specific details of what items to return and what to exchange with (if any)
- DO NOT RETURN items without messaging us first and without our confirmation.
- We will message you the return address and contact details.
- Follow-up on our FB messenger if we do not respond immediately.
- We can refund via BDO Online, Metrobank Transfer, or GCash
- All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
- For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalised and payment has been accepted.
- Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
